As a commitment to empowerment and opportunity, we partner with Construction Vocational Academy (CVA), a nonprofit company offering vocational training in construction management. The purpose of our partnership is a commitment to building a diverse and skilled talent  pipeline within the construction industry. CVA is certified by The Texas Workforce Commission – Career Schools and Colleges) and offers top-tier training programs.

CVA Instructors have a minimum of eight years of verifiable experience in the construction industry (residential, commercial, or highway construction ) with hands-on expertise in one or more trades (e.g., carpentry, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general contracting), hold relevant  trade certifications and/or licenses (e.g., OSHA 30, NCCER, Journeyman or Master-level license, EPA certification, etc.) and Instructor  certification (e.g., NCCER Certified Instructor).
